Solorart is based in China, and our artwork is produced and fulfilled from China.

When Contacting Us

For faster assistance, please include:

Your order number;
The name and email address used for the order;
A clear description of your question or request; and
Relevant photographs if the issue concerns damage, defects, packaging, or an incorrect product.

Artwork Preview and Approval

Completed artwork previews are sent to the email address provided with the order.

We ship only after receiving the customer’s clear approval.

If we do not receive a response within 12 calendar days, we will send a reminder and place the order on hold. We will not automatically approve, frame, or ship the artwork.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you are waiting for a preview email.

Returns

Approved returns are sent to Zhangzhou, Fujian, China.

Please do not send a return without first contacting support@solorart.com. We will confirm eligibility and provide the complete return instructions.

Our physical address should not be used for an unauthorized return.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal.

Solorart does not directly store complete payment card information. For payment authorization, account-access, or PayPal transaction issues, PayPal may also need to assist you directly.
