This may include products viewed or purchased, order numbers, transaction history, product preferences, requested modifications, preview approvals, returns, refunds, and customer support records.
Payment Information
We may receive payment method details, billing information, transaction status, and limited payment-related information from Shopify and our payment providers. Full payment-card details are generally processed directly by our payment providers and are not stored by Solorart.
Custom Artwork Content
If you request customized or commissioned artwork, we may collect photos, images, names, text, concepts, color preferences, measurements, and other materials or instructions you choose to submit.
Submitted images may incidentally contain personal information or reveal personal characteristics. We use these materials only to evaluate, create, revise, fulfill, and support your order. We do not use facial images for biometric identification.

Device and Usage Information

Solorart serves customers internationally and may work with Shopify, artists, production partners, carriers, and service providers located in multiple countries.
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers or production partners operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws of your country or state of residence.
By submitting custom materials, you understand that relevant materials and instructions may be shared with the artist or production personnel assigned to your order, wherever they are located, solely for the purpose of completing and supporting your order.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information may have been accessed without authorization.
