Store and Payment Services

The Solorart online store is hosted using Shopify.

Payments are processed through PayPal. Solorart does not directly store complete payment card information.

Shopify and PayPal are independent service providers and are not the manufacturer or seller of Solorart artwork.

Products and Fulfillment

Solorart offers hand-painted artwork, including made-to-order and customized artwork.

Artwork is produced and fulfilled from China. The applicable production, approval, shipping, return, and refund terms are disclosed in our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Terms of Service.

Return Location

Approved returns are sent to Zhangzhou, Fujian, China.

Customers must contact support@solorart.com and receive return instructions before sending an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Product availability, prices, production times, shipping estimates, and other information may change.

Obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors may be corrected. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and a refund.
